TSC is proud to partner with the City of Oregon City on the fourth phase of the Rivercrest I&I Rehabilitation Project\u2014an important initiative focused on improving the reliability and efficiency of the city’s sanitary sewer system. While the first three phases addressed repairs and replacements of sewer mainlines and lateral lines up to the property line, this current phase takes a major step forward by extending lateral rehabilitation onto private property throughout the basin. TSC\u2019s scope of work includes rehabilitating approximately 50 linear feet of existing 8-inch sanitary sewer using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, installing about 280 linear feet of new 8-inch sanitary sewer main, and constructing three new concrete sewer manholes. Additionally, approximately 242 sanitary sewer laterals will be inspected and rehabilitated from the mainline to within five feet of each building. Various construction methods\u2014such as pipe bursting, open trench installation, horizontal directional drilling, and closed-circuit television (CCTV)\u2014will be used based on site-specific conditions including terrain, landscaping, and proximity to structures. Most importantly, this work is being provided at no cost to residents, <\/strong>making it an incredible value for the community. This project will significantly reduce the risk of sewer backups, enhance overall system performance, and provide Oregon City residents with a modernized infrastructure that supports safe and reliable service for decades to come.
