Brooke Flahaven

Project Engineer

Brooke Flahaven is a construction professional with a strong technical foundation and hands-on project experience across engineering, cost control, and field operations. She earned her degree from Oregon State University in 2014, completing coursework in physics, chemistry, engineering, economics, accounting, and statistical analysis. Brooke began her construction career in 2018, where she progressed from Engineering Technician II to Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, and ultimately Project Manager. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, gaining experience in scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and execution of complex infrastructure and building projects. She enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle; her interests include tennis and hockey for their fast-paced, competitive nature, as well as hiking and paddle boarding as ways to recharge. She is excited to be joining TSC and is grateful for the opportunity to be part of an organization that values collaboration, growth, and excellence. She looks forward to contributing to her skills and enthusiasm while continuing to learn from the team.
