Dove Landing

Dove Landing is a 171-lot subdivision located in Woodburn, Oregon. The Saunders Company was contracted by LGI Homes to build the civil portion of this subdivision. This project started in July of 2022 and finished in January of 2024. The scope of this project included mass excavation, construction of underground utilities, and the installation of a new sewer pump station.
