Superintendent

Jered Baily is an experienced Superintendent with 27 years in the construction industry, spanning all levels of projects. He is recognized for his exceptional ability to guide projects from inception to successful completion, with a strong focus on quality and meticulous attention to detail.

His extensive background includes significant work on subdivisions and commercial site development, complemented by technical expertise in water, sewer, and storm systems, box culverts, stream diversions, and specialized vault infrastructure. Jered’s hands-on leadership style and practical knowledge make him a dependable leader for delivering complex, detail-oriented projects on time and to the highest standards.

Outside of work, Jered resides with his wife and two children on their third-generation hazelnut farm just outside of Hubbard, Oregon. He cherishes time spent with family and friends, enjoys motorcycle riding in the woods, and actively works on the farm.
