Katelyn Stirewalt

Assistant Project Manager/Estimator

Katelyn is a Oregon State graduate that joined The Saunders Company as Assistant Project Manager/Estimator. Katelyn grew up in Imbler, Oregon with her two younger sisters. She started working in the field as a laborer on college breaks for a general contractor in La Grande OR. She ran equipment, read plans, met with subcontractors, and ran GPS equipment. It was here that she decided to pursue a career in construction and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management. Katelyn decided to move to Central Oregon following graduation where she worked on mass excavation projects. Here she assisted with road building, utility installation, foundation backfill and hard rock removal. Ready to take the next step in her career, Katelyn joined The Saunders Company in March 2024 and offers support to project managers with submittals, estimates, and scheduling. Katelyn likes to spend time with her family and friends, snowboard and go on new adventures.
